בעלת ניסיון קליני רב בטיפול בחרדות, דיכאון, פוסט טראומה, לחץ ושחיקה בעבודה, קשיים בזוגיות ובמיניות, משברי חיים, אבל ואובדן. מטפלת במבוגרים ובני נוער מגיל 15, עובדת גם בזום, ספקית מורשת מטעם משרד הביטחון.

I am a certified psychotherapist in the psychoanalytic approach, a graduate of Bar-Ilan University, and hold an M.A. in Expressive Arts Therapy.

In psychoanalysis, we explore the vital distinction between pain and suffering. Pain is a natural outcome of life’s difficult moments and painful losses. Suffering, however, stems from the meanings we attach to those moments.

My clinic is a space of genuine curiosity about your personal meanings and interpretations of life events. A panic attack doesn’t appear out of nowhere- it signals something. Depression can be the psyche’s way of mourning what never had a place. Intense anger may point to boundaries that have been crossed. Every symptom carries a message worth listening to.

I bring extensive clinical experience in working with anxiety, depression, post-trauma, workplace stress and burnout, relationship and intimacy challenges, life crises, grief, and loss. I work with adults and adolescents (15+), both in person and online (Zoom), and I am an authorized provider for the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
